I spend a lot of time driving all over Richmond, and I have seen a few things that I've only seen in Richmond. One of these things is seeing one man ride two bikes. The person will ride one bike while kind of towing the other along with one hand. I used to be puzzled by this. Why did one person need to travel with two bikes? It's not like he's carrying extra passengers or cargo on the second bike. Where did the second bike come from? Hmmmmmm......(And why is a second person chasing behind him? Actually, I have never seen anyone being chased while on two bikes.)

I never had the chance to ask any of these questions, but since I see one person riding two bikes quite often, I guess I just accepted it as a normal form of transportation. But today, I think I saw something that trumps the two bikes. A man was riding a motor scooter while towing a lawnmower. That's 6 wheels and 2 motors for one person. This wasn't in his backyard or in front of his house. He was going down the same street I was driving on.

My bike stays in the garage. Someday, I may try to ride my bike while driving to work. All while wearing red sunglasses.
