I just posted 30 minutes ago, but it seemed like a whole day ago, so I will post again in an effort to run up the score.

I have been blessed with pretty good vision. At my last checkup, I had 20/X. That's right, 20/X-ray vision (you are wearing blue underwear), one step above 20/16, and one step below 20/F, which allows you to see into the future. When I was a kid, I used to read a lot at night and watch a lot of TV in the day. I think that's the secret to developing 20/X vision.

As a result, I have never worn contact lens and have a great fear of putting anything in my eye. I scratched my right eye yesterday and it got really red. I got some Visine, but my X-ray vision had apparently diminished my up-close depth perception ability (kind of like how Daredevil can hear a bad guy running from a mile away, but can't see a gun pointed at his face). I think I must have wasted about 12 drops to finally get 2 drops in my eye. It is the curse of X-ray vision.
