A few days ago, I read an article about the Voyager spacecrafts. Voyager 2 and Voyager 1 were launched in August and September of 1977 respectively. I do not know why Voyager 2 was launched first. It's something I guess only the true rocket scientists could answer. These spacecrafts have flown through our universe and are on the verge of leaving our solar system.

Voyager 1 has travelled over 8.3 billion miles from Earth in about 26 years. In my 25.6 years, I have never been more than 30,000 feet away from Earth.

Lame space joke of the day:
While both these spacecrafts have seen many strange moons, Voyager 2 has also seen Uranus. (It even took pictures).
