I played softball on Sunday afternoon and lost a closely contested game which we shoul dhave won. The game ended when team captain Norm lined out to right field with the bases loaded, with our team down 29-28. However, our team filed a protest when the opposing team blatantly batted out of order in the top of the 6th inning.

I didn't play too well. I was wearing my orange Shinjo wristbands, but I was playing third base. Shinjo plays in the outfield. The defensive powers that come with the wristbands do not work in the infield. I did manage to hit like Shinjo though, which is not a great thing. Shinjo is one of the few Asian outfielders in MLB who did not make the All-Star team. In fact, Shinjo isn't even on a major league team at the moment. I'm sure Ichiro and Matsui will be having a few laughs at Shinjo's expense during the off-season.

Sorry Howie. Had to give you the Shinjo treatment. Watching paint dry was more exciting.
