So other than just gellin, I still work at the Bay Area Rescue Mission's youth department known as the King Club. The Rescue Mission has different fundraiser events and I usually don't help out with those except for one. The Bay Area Celeb/Am golf tournament. The last Mission golf tournament I participated in 2 years ago raised over $43,000 to renovate the men's ministry emergency shelter. (I am not sure what project will be funded this year, but I know for certain it is not employee raises.) The deal is if I can raise at least $500 for the Mission before the end of summer ($500 x 72 golfers = at least $36,000 to use for the ministry in Richmond), I get to play a round of golf with other fundraisers and maybe some old local sports celebrity.
