This morning Danny and I head out to the Chuck Corica Golf Complex in Alameda to play the Jack Clark course (There exist a former baseball player named Jack Clark who once played for the Giants, but I believe he is now coaching for the Dodgers, and this course is not named after him.). We had never played the Jack Clark course, but armed with my new driver and 3 wood, I was ready to win. It is mighty ironic (ha ha, golfers can laugh) that my woods probably caused me to lose the round. I had to record over 100 strokes (101 to be exact), which is not very good, especially on a relatively simple course.

Being all fatigued from golf, we decided to head back to Richmond for lunch at a place called Empire Buffet. My dad saw an ad in the SF Chinese papers last weekend and said I should go try this place out. It was all you can eat Chinese-Italian-Japanese cuisine. They had chicken cooked every way imaginable. Sushi, pasta, jello, salad, seafood, and lots of chicken. It was great. All for $6.35 during lunch on weekdays! ($9.55 during dinner and weekends) You can even take the buffet with you to go ($3.99 per pound, cost more for seafood). They don't seem to like Jason there though, because nobody, I mean nobody, would get him his Pepsi ($0.97 cents extra, free refills.) If I can give them enough plugs, they might start giving me discounts.

On Friday and Saturday, I will be attending the Bay Area Sunday School convention in Castro Valley. My director is making our staff attend workshops, which means a break from the kids so I don't mind. The Rescue Mission will have a booth there as well. Go check them out if you will be attending.
