This week is Chevron's Week of Caring. Nice of them to take a whole week out of the year. Anyways, they were coming to do some volunteer work at the Mission or something, and they gave us a bunch of t-shirts which became our staff uniform for the past 2 days. I didn't like the shirts.

The front looks like the back of a free give-away t-shirt. The back looks like the back of a free give-away t-shirt. Can you even tell which is the front? (Notice the muscles on the male model wearing the shirt.)

The rest of this week will be the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions West Coast Training Conference. We're going to be out in Concord. We also have company shirts to wear, but at least they are normal looking polo shirts where I can easily tell if I am wearing the shirt backwards. We have our fundraiser banquet on Thursday night. I will be attending workshops on Friday. I will help lead a workshop on youth ministry on Saturday. (I'm training people. Like Top Gun! I'm playing the role of Jester.)

I hear plans of co-workers trying to sneak in a quick round of golf in between sessions. I don't know if I will join them, but my clubs will be in the car.
