On Friday, I was filling up at a nearby Chevron gas station. Since I bought 16.32 gallons of unleaded gasoline for $8.71* a gallon, I was rewarded with a free car wash! This was great because my car had been getting a little dusty from all the pollen from the trees across the street and I was going to wash it this past weekend anyways. I had never taken my car through one of those drive thru car washes and it had been ages since I was a kid and my dad drove throught the car wash. It was kind of cool to be blasted with soap and water while the spinning towel thing whipped around my car. Even cooler was that my Camry now looked nice and shiny.

That nice shiny car look lasted about 24 hours. By Sunday morning, at least 3 different birds had mistaken the hood of my car for a toilet. For my next vehicle, I'm going to buy a dirt colored car.
