Newest member of the Mad Cal stupid people list: Michael Newdow.
This is the guy who sued to get the phrase 'under God' removed from the Pledge of Allegiance. He claims 'public recitation by students violates the 10-year-old child's religious liberty.' News for you, retard, but 10 year olds don't know care about religious liberty. They care about Sponge Bob. While reciting the pledge is voluntary, Newdow says 'it becomes unconstitutional for students to be forced to hear it.' Listening to G-Unit on the radio, now that's unconstitutional and unholy.
Does this fool realize that our currency has the words 'In God we trust' printed on it? What's he going to do, pay for his groceries in pesos? If this guy is so against the Pledge of Allegiance, go live somewhere else. Many around the world would give anything to be able to freely say they live in a nation under God. America needs to stop pushing God out of our country. Maybe someone should take poor Mikey to see the Passion of the Christ.
In a totally unrelated note, I cannot believe Peter Gammons picked the Giants to finish 4th in the NL West!! (Harold Reynolds picked the Giants to finish 2nd) Did everyone forget that we won 100 games last year and beat everyone in our division by 15 games?? The Dodgers lose Kevin Brown, Arizona loses Curt Schilling, the Padres move to a new park, and suddenly the Giants are going to finish 4th? Giants will win the NL West by at least 7 games.
